Les fleurs de Tilda

Bon samedi,

Hello everyone,
We had such a beautiful afternoon, the level of humidity fell down, the sun was out. It was laundry day for me, so in between loads, I decided to sit at my table and go on with the idea I had yesterday, after I read Christina's blog: to combine two challenges, Sektch No. 110 from Jacque at Friday Sketches and the requirements of Just Magnolia, which were three flowers, a ribbon, and two papers, and a third one just presented it-self,Cute Card Thursday with a theme like "school is off", all one has to do is swing, I couldn't resist! I had to live this adventure with no one else but Tilda with three flowers, you can get here. I used one of my favorite color combination, pink and green. I took a close up of Tilda in the hope that we could see the sparkles on the flowers and the dress, I used Spica gel markers... OH! Do I love them. The result is down below! thank you for looking, and it adds to the fun when you express what you think in the comment space!

How cute! I too love pink and green! And aren't the Spica gel FANTASTIC? I don't think I use a card without them now!! Did you put liquid pearls in the middle of your flowers? How fantastic is that!
Super great card!

Hi Danielle, What a beautiful card. I love the colors. I like the glitter effect of the spica pens, it's a lot softer than the stickles. You did an awesome job coloring with the distress inks!!! I love your new profile pic too!!!
hugs,
Shell

Thank you all for visiting and sharing!
To Rene: It's not Liquid Pearl, it's a half pearl jewel, kind of... that has glue under!
To Shelly: Sorry I forgot to indicate that I colored with Copics, I've never tried distress inks... that has yet to be experienced!
Danielle.

There's nothing I can add because I agree with what everyone else has said. Just one additional kudo. I love how you used the cuttlebug border flower. So creative!
and don't you just love those little half pearls?
