Chinese Tilda for a special occasion

Happy Thursday to you all,
I have been quite busy lately, and away from my crafting table... I had hoped being able to post on the 22, cause it was my blog's first anniversary. But I couldn't...I still wanted to celebrate, better late than never, this unique occasion. Time went by, so fast! I learned so much! I can now link my pictures to my blog or enter a challenge a lot faster and without making everything disappear! (LOL) I have learned so many techniques, my creativity  bloomed as I was able to meet and be inspired by so many talented artists. Nothing like such would have happened if I had not had the courage to overcome my fear for technology. It is Chinese Tilda that I have taken along for this adventure in creation; she is very special to me. I am fascinated by I was inspired by Jeanette's  wonderful sketch for FRiday Sketchers. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all your visits, your wonderful comments, your words of encouragements. I hope my work inspires you to devote a moment on your day, especially for creating.

I have used the following stamps: Magnolia Chinese Tilda (presently on reorder at Diana); Cherry blossom from Stampalicious, on the inside of my card, stamped with Stampin Up Rich Razzelberry & embossed with clear powder. Tilda was colored with copics.
DP : Basic Grey, Kioshi collection
Cardstock & Ribbon: Stampin Up
other furnitures: spellbinders, Magnolia lace border & doily; corners from cuttlebug
Those wonderful flowers are a gift from dear Jacque.
The little stickpins from my stash.

Hi, Danielle! Yet another perfect card! Green and purple are a fabulous color combo and you found a perfect balance. I love the harmony between papers, image and embellishments. They all seem to have been there forever. LOvely idea with the branch stamp on th edress and in the inside. I might use that too:)
And, last but not least, your coloring is fantastic:)

Just adorable, Danielle. Is she really called Chinese Tilda? I have her too, but I haven’t played with her yet. Yes, she looks more Japanese to me too. Love the colour combo—gorgeous DP--and the layout is terrific. Your colouring work is fabulous. Wonderful corner die cuts—yeaaa,, I have it too.

And a Happy 1st Blog Anniversary. Aren’t you glad you took the plunge? Me too!! Your blog have been a joy to visit and a source of inspirations to me and I’m sure to many others. Keep on doing it whatever you’ve been doing! I look forward to another year of your fabulous creations. You go girl!
