INVENTORY CHALLENGE No. 19 - Ribbon and lace

Happy Friday to you all,                       ( dérouler l'écran pour le texte français)
A very special day today, it is our youngest son's birthday, 22 years old. Time flies...
Once again, Christina and I welcome you to our inventory challenge. An all feminine theme this week: ribbon and lace.  I also went very baby girly too. I had inked Sleeping Baby Tingla, quite some time ago, and never got to color her. I have just received an order of cardstock from Stampin Up, and fell in love with Melon Mambo pink! Just had the inspiration for my card. I am kind of cheap when it comes to flowers, I find them so expensive, my friend Geneviève sent me a tutorial to make flowers, and I spend my afternoon yesterday practicing! Once you get the twist, it goes quite fast. And the result is pretty nice. Now, I must find a 6 petal flower punch!
So, grab yourself a gooooood coffee or a nice tea, and hop to my dear friend and team-mate Christina,  and follow your way to the other members of our team, to admire their wonderful creations. Thank you for dropping by, and for all your lovely comments.

Je me suis donc lancée.

Bravo.

Adorable card, Danielle! Happy birtday to your son and to you too! When my child was 1 I felt more lie it was my birthday than on my real one:)) It's strange how they become more important than ourselves:)
Now, back to your card! Gosh, I just fell in love with your coloring! Is it copics? That sweet little baby girl is adorable. Also love the sentiment and that sweet perfect ribbon.
I don't know what to say about flowers being expensive. I've used to make my own flowers too. But they take me too much time, in which time I prefer to do the actual card:). If I only make 3 or 4 cards a week, I'd say Wild Orchid Crafts are not as expensive as that. And they are so beautiful!
Still, some cards look more beautiful with handmade flowers for a lovely personal touch.
Gosh, I have a long comment here. Sorry:)
Adorable card!
Hugs to you Danielle!
