Good morning Friends,
Today, I have an Halloween card to show you as my DT participation at Scrapbook ta vie, with Hélène's sketch for September. Fall is my favourite season, I love its colors, fresh mornings! To celebrate this wonderful season, I chose Witch Tilda, who could also be a pilgrim! I colored Tilda and the pumpkins with Copics, to complete my scene, I embossed an aluminium sheet with a cuttlebug folder, that I colored with Ranger alcohol inks. The lovely papers from Stitched collection, of Basic Grey, are usually in bright colors, I gave them a Distress ink treatment, so the colors would loose their brightness and get a old look.  Well, here is my card.

Halloween Palette --- Couleurs d'Halloween

Happy Sunday to you all!
This week at STamptacular Sunday we have a Color Challenge: you must use orange, white, purple and green, with black in bonus on your project. I love this Halloween palette and thought is was perfect for Sitting Witch Tilda. I created a gentle spooky scene for her! The background of my card is a black glittery cardstock; on which I layered ribbon covered strips of cardstock. It is a clear type ribbon with spiders and web in velvet. The broom, and spider web images, as well as all the inside images, are foam stamps I bought a few years ago at Dolorama, I am surprised at how long they last! I cut the scalloped circle with my Cricut and covered it with Martha Stewart's glitters in cinnabar color, with a touch of black. The "sky" behind Tilda is a piece of acetate colored with alcohol ink. I used the Magnolia  die cut for the black fence. The pumpkins are part of a Stampin 'up set, called Happy blessings. All my images are colored with Copics. The cardstocks and papers are from Creative Memories.
Hope you will like, and it will give you inspiration to play with this color palette  to join us this week. Our sponsor is our dear Diana at Magnolia-Licious, who offers a very cute stamp.

Please scroll down for english version

Good evening,
Tonight as I write this post, my window is a little bit open, the air is fresh; fall is here. Every where in the stores, Halloween articles are offered. I like this day, because I like witches. Nice witches however! Like Harry Potter, little Hermione, one exception made: Professor Rogue... He was one of my favorite character in this story! When my kids were young, I used to disguise myself in a witch. I had a big hat, from witch hanged spiders! I painted my fingernails in black, and gave candies to the children on the street! I enjoyed this so much. This is what Witch Tilda reminds me. I've had her for quite a while, and did not have a chance to ink her! This week at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge, we are asking you to create a project using a sketch, eventhough I will not participate, I decided to play with the sketch. I modified it a bit to suit my needs, and created a spooky night for Tilda. No wonder she holds her hat!
Thank you for visiting, and hope you will be inspired !

Episode 2, Tilda, que ferais-je sans toi? Chapter 2, Tilda, please, come back!

Bonjour à vous toutes,
Good morning to everyone, ( the english text follows)

As I left Tilda sitting on letter O, dreaming, I had no idea where her imagination would take her. You see, our communication is very important, because it determines the nature of our next adventure together! meaning, my next card. I had no idea where she was leading me when she sent me this message: Still travelling in my dreams, please do not disturb. Wow... I respect Mademoiselles' wishes, however, this leaves me by myself with only my own imagination to complete my project and I cherish her participation. Hem... I decided to play along Miss Tilda's rule, I would leave her with her dreaming. But I would provide her with suitable transportation to come back and forth to complete our projects! Since she won't give me a clue as to her surroundings, I definitely had to think of a magic way to complete her voyage which would bring her back from her dreamworld... After all, I have a challenge to participate and I definitely want her ideas. A spaceship is not her style, too rational, she needs something more appropriate, more girlie, more fairy tale! First, I though of a genie's bottle, the "I dream of Jeannie" style; too complicated. Then,  I thought of a hot air balloon, too ordinary. Eureka! "O" is followed by "P", ad P is for Pumpkin! if Cinderella went to the ball in a transformed pumpkin, why wouldn't Tilda dream to travel in her own magic pumpkin... I only had to put all the pieces together. OH! By the way, I missed working without Tilda's ideas, and I think she missed me too... (the greeting on the card says: What would I without you?)  She certainly meant to say, Hey! Dan. your OK. You can now admire Tilda's own dreamship, or dreamshop??? Hope you enjoy!
