INVENTORY CHALLENGE no. 77, Resurrect an old stamp/ une ancienne étampe

Happy friday!
the end of another week, and another Inventory challenge. This time, Christina, our lovely team, and I have rummaged through our stamps to find a very old one, that we have almost forgotten! But before, I present my project, I would like you to give a warm welcome to a new member in our team, Elle from Elle's Creative Journey!

La fin d'une autre semaine nous amène un autre Inventory Challenge. Pour réaliser notre défi, nous avons dû fouiller dans nos étampes oubliées! Mais avant de vous présenter ma carte, j'aimerais que vous vous joignez à moi pour accueillir une nouvelle parmi notre équipe, il s'agit de Elle que vous trouverez à cette adresse. On to my card. I have chose Sugar Nellie stamp, I bought when I first started making cards: country style is her name, and she was perfect with the gorgeous MME papers, MIss Caroline (dolled up) collection. I colored my image with Copics, and shaded  with colouring pencils. As I said, I love mixing those two medium, warmth of the prisma, their waxy look, and the cold static look of the copics. I stamped the beautiful vintage garden stamp all around my image, embossed and added a bit of distress ink, in pumice stone, barn door and broken china to add a little vntage look. The beautiful corner I used is from Cheery Lynn design. my cardstocks are from Tim Holtz distress collection and SU Baja breeze.
à ma carte... J,ai choisi une étampe de Sugar Nellie, qui s'appelle Country Style; achetée en 2009, avant que je bloggue, et que s'installe l'obsession des Magnolia. Cette petite était parfaite pour les nouveaux papiers de MME - Miss Caroline (dolled up). J'ai colorié mon image aux copics, et l'ombre aux prismacolor. Je le répète...j'adore mélanger ces deux médium. l'un pour sa chaleur, et l'autre pour sa froideur statique. tout autour de mon image, j'ai étampé des petites fleurs avec Vintage garden, de Stempleglede; j'ai embossé avec de la poudre claire, et utilisé une touche d'encre distress de couleur: pumice stone, barn door et broken china pour donné un look vieillot. Le magnique coin est une découpe de Cheery Lynn, mes cartons sont de tim Holtz, distress collection, et de SU, baja breeze.

Défi Sketch de carte - Janvier chez Scrapbook ta vie.

Pour ce deuxième défi, je voulais une carte hivernale, mais pas nécessairement Noël, alors, comme il fait bon de souhaiter la bonne année, je trouvais que ma nouvelle étampe Furry Friends  se prêtait fort  bien à notre défi Sketch de notre DT Hélène.

For this second challenge, I wanted to create a winter card, not necessarily a Christmas theme, since my  post would come in January. So, I went for a Happy New year card, featuring a new stamp I got: Furry Friend, I though she would be just perfect for my project.

Je me suis découvert une nouvelle amie, à part Tilda. Elle s'appelle Maisie ou Milly, en tout cas peu importe le nom, ces 2 petites filles se ressemblent, et l'artiste qui la dessine a maintenant une collection avec Sugar Nellie. Celle que j'ai choisi pour cette carte s'appelle Furry Friends, elle est trop mignonne, je n'ai pas pu lui résister! Mes papiers sont de la merveilleuse collection Merry Christmas, de Best Creation qui faisait partie de mon kit. J'ai étampé sur Bristol Velin, colorié avec Faber Castel, le brillant est une couche de Smooch clair. J,ai vieilli le tour de l'image, puis je l'ai encré avec Wasabi insoumis et Cerise Carmin de Stampin Up, puis, embossé avec de la poudre claire. la bordure en flocons de neige est un poinçon de Martha Stewart, le ruban de Elan (fabricville) et les décos sont un cadeau de mon amie Cathy. Ma petite breloque est de mon inventaire.

Whether she is called Milly of Masie, the artist that draws both of them now has a collection with Sugar Nellie. they both look alike so much, you can see her feature in some Lili of the Valley collection. Anyway, she has become my new friend, along with Tilda. I can't resist her... OMG... this is going to cost me a lot! I used the beautiful Merry Christmas paper collection from Best Creation that were part of my DT kit. I stamp Furry Friends on Bristol Vellum and colored with Faber Castel. The glitter on the fur of her coat is made with Smooch clear gloss. I distressed the border of the image, and inked with SU Wild Wasabi and Cherry cobbler, then I embossed with clear powder. The nice snow flake border is a punch from Martha Stewart.the ribbon is from Elan, (fabricville) and the nice embellishments a gift from my friend Cathy. My little charm is from my stash.
