INVENTORY CHALLENGE no. 38 - Recipe

Good morning dear blogger friends,
Friday, 1st of July, where has June gone? What happened to Summer? Well... I have no answer for these questions, but I certainly can welcome you to our Inventory Challenge! this week, Christina and I suggested a "recipe" - and we did not explained further! Well we all had a different version on what "recipe" meant. However, we did decide on something in common: lace, 2 ribbons, 2 buttons.... which left me with lots of latitude to elaborate my project! I followed the above recipe but, wanted to share with you my state of mind with regards to RECIPES, as in preparing food. As soon as I saw this cutie from Mo Manning, I knew she expressed exactly my feelings towards having to think meals,  to prepare them, serve them each and every day on the calender for the past 34 years... When I ask my husband the eternal question: What do you feel like eating tonigh? his answer is: Something on the BBQ. Well, that I figured out by myself, it is the SOMETHING???? I am questioning about. Sooooooooo, I decided Anna had THE ATTIDUDE I just felt like adopting sometimes... towards MEAL PREPARATION, although it is and has always been my top priority in all my taks, Sometimes, everyone needs a little timeout... On to my card.

... PLace à ma carte!

Next week, our theme will be Lots of lace. Please take a moment to visit my talented friends and team mates Christina, Cathy-Lynn , and Rene to admire their wonderful creations.

I love the way you lead into your cards with a little tease --and then here we go friends cause there will be a story no doubt about it! Cute as punch, wonderful design and gorgeous coloring! LOL sentiment. After being with grand kids the "time out" has several meanings for me!! I love this image, she is adorable. I feel the same way about cooking - sometimes I need a little time out but then again I enjoy cooking a really good meal. But most of all, I enjoy eating a really good meal!!!!
