INVENTORY CHALLENGE No. 55 - Halloween card.

Hello Dear Friends,
This will be quite a short post! I hope my pictures will talk for me, as I my "guests" have arrived, it is guetting late as I am starting to write, and I still have to walk them! It is already the last Friday of October, we are guetting ready for Trick or Treat night! Christina and I chose Halloween for our theme this week, and I decided to create a spooky scene for Tilda and Edwin. I have used a cute haunted house from Stamp Fairy, that I just loved coloring! Notice the little shadows in the windows... Scrary, hey ??? I have stamped Tilda and Edwin on Bristol paper, and colored them in Prismacolor with Taltine. I took  to take  a sideway picture to show all the 3D effects! So much fun! I used up a whole sheet of 3D-dots!!!! The pumpkin and scary witch face are buttons that I glued on head-stickpins, the cute ribbon is from the dollar store. The papers are from Spookville from WeRMemory Keepers.  I tore the grey and black paper, and added some distress embossing powed to create the spooky effect. I hope you will enjoy Halloween, it is such a fun night!

Please take a moment and visit my friends, they certainly have created little wonders with such a fun theme.! Have a nice weekend.

He, he, I was laughing upon this and upon redaing your post because I just cannot imagine you such a sweet and delicate lady making a soething scary:) Well, those scary windows may look spooky to someone else but I don't feel a chill...lol And it's 4 in the morning here. My little one woke me up twice already and just cannot sleep. Ever since we took him to the garderie he keeps waking us up at nights.
Now, on to your card! It is magnificently colored and now that I look closer that witch in the corner is a bit spooky. But then again I think of how sweet you are and I don't fear anymore:)
Lovely card, love that pumpkin and the pumpkin ribbon. Again such exquisite personal touches.
We don't have Halloween here, well, we didn't since this year when my kid's teacher invited us to a costumed party. My little one goes to a German maternelle, so they follow German traditions there. And I guess they have this pumpkin stuff too, cause they were all over. So, I believe from now on will be having this Halloween too:) Thank God we have kids!
