INVENTORY CHALLEGE no. 50 - A BOOKMARK , UN MARQUE PAGE.

Good morning dear friends, it is Friday, Christina, our wonderful team and I welcome you to 50th inventory challenge. Our theme today is a Bookmark.  I used Tilda with flower pot, that I stamped on Cryogen white, and colored with Copics. I shaded with Prismacolor. I decorated my image with this new MarthaS. puch, isn't it lovely? The word "daydream" is a rub-on I had. The reverse side is decorated with the same MarthaS punch and a lace one. I have used the beautiful Basic Grey paper, Out of print collection. I used chipboard flowers, painted with acryclic paint and embossed with clear embossing power to decorate the little ribbon. I used a laminator to seal my bookmark, however, I did not realized that I had so many layers, it is a bit too thick. I'll know next time!

Ooh, Danielle, what a gorgeous bookmark. I love this Tilda--one of my faves. Fabulous colouring in mixing markers and coloured pencils--luv doing that too. I must keep an eye out for that BG paper you used--it's beautiful. Love your design--I may 'borrow' it as I have that MS punch too.
How do you laminate your bookmark? Do you have a laminating machine or do you use one of those stick-on laminating film?
Hugs,
Norma

Bonjour Danielle! I wanted to write you in French but I don't have a French keyboard so I'll do this in English rather than skip all the accents.
So, my dear, it's been quite a while since I last visited, I guess that makes me an awful friend; I have no excuse, I'm just happy to be here eventually.
I've been browsing a bit and saw you have been busy creating ( Or I was lazy visiting...lol) and I've discovered so many little masterpieces,!!! You've been using so many techniques and different stamps and your coloring is simply FANTASTIC! I know I'm not telling you something new, just take it literally:) I guess sometimes it's better to visit more rarely because thus I can have an overview of your work:)
I stopped here because I just fell in love with this adorable bookmark. It is so delicate and elegant! What a great idea to laminate it! Sometimes I also use acetate to protect my images. After working so much time on coloring it I just feel I have to protect it somehow:)
It's lovely!
Hugs
