Bienvenue Bébé garçon - Welcome Baby Boy!

Happy Saturday!
Thank your  for your visit! Hope all is well in your corner of the world, Friends! Over in Montreal we had SNOW on this first day of spring! Love the white stuff in December, but now, I am eager to see green!
Just completed this card requested by a sweet lady to offer to her nice who recently gave birth to a new baby boy! Speaking of baby, well it is not confirmed that we will be grand parents to a baby boy in June, if the trend continues, he will be named Gabriel! I bet you would like to see him? My sweet DIL share the ultrasound picture :
Bon samedi!

On to my card. I used Baby Edwin from Prince and Princesses collection of 2012, stamped on express blending card, and colored with copics. The cute star border is cut with my cricut, and my papers are from a collection from Creative memories that I do not recall the name.

I remained with the star them on the inside. Added a little card with a personal wish. I used lots of frantage on this card, and I love this technique so much.

The matching box was inspired by Sandra,I love how she opened and rolled the paper; I inserted a star border, frantage the background and used cute little Salley the monkey, to who I gave a special "treatment". I glued velour on her to imitate the fur, and embed micro beads in glossy accent to give a 3d aspect to the crown.

Card and matching box together!
Voici l'ensemble!

Hi sweet friend, I saw this masterpiece on facebook and I immediately took a flight to your blog. But first about the ultasound picture, isn't it a miracle to see a baby grow in the mother's belly. It is like magic. Your babycard is absolutely awesome. I love the soft colors you used and also the combination of the stamps, baby Edwin with the Monkey both colored beautifully.
All the other details with all the frantage is awesome. You can always see how much love you put into your creations and I find that the most important thing about crafting. Made with Love!!!
For the snow part, in the Netherlands we had our first spring day on Thursday, it was very warm. Take care XOXOSylvia
